Lock Picking is usually defined among lock pickers as manipulating the pin tumblers of a lock without the use of a key. By picking the lock, you just replace the use of a key with a pick made out of steel to raise the pins in the cylinder and by the use of a tension wrench or a spinner one rotates the cylinder to manipulate the cam which is at the rear of the cylinder.
